The Chipper can fire a small rocket in any direction from the dome on the top of his walker. The rocket will mini-stun, deal damage, and catch Tar on fire. If The Chipper is close to a Rocket explosion, that explosion only does half damage to prevent burning his walker in the blast.
Activation Deals 85 / 115 / 145 / 180 Magic damage on impact and stuns for .1 seconds. Gains one charge every 4 seconds. Max of 1 / 2 / 2 / 3 charges.
If the target is covered in Tar by Tar Toss, they will catch on fire and burn for 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 Magic damage per second for the rest of the slow.
Tar Toss
The Chipper heaves a spoonful of his own special tar solution at the target location. Any enemies hit on impact are slowed and those who take the full force of the hit will find themselves barely able to move.
Activation Applies Tar Covered to anyone hit for 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 seconds. Reduces Attack Speed and Movement Speed based on how close they are to the center upon impact. The closer they are, the most they are slowed.
Maximum is 20 / 40 / 60 / 80% Movement and 10 / 20 / 30 / 40% Attack Speed slow.

The Chipper is able to communicate with the Chiprels underground, calling upon them to push spinning sawblades out of the ground where he directs them to. Anyone unfortunate enough to be in their sharp path takes significant damage.
